Let’s start with a conversation; contact us and let us know what you are trying to achieve and we will happily meet with you to discuss the possibilities.

Q. What are the key stages of the commissioning process?

We respond to your specific brief and work in collaboration with you through all phases of the design, fabrication and installation stages.

Q. What legal protections are put in place?

Once we agree to work together, we will present you with a Commissioning Agreement outlining all terms and conditions that protect both parties to ensure a successful working relationship.

Q. What do I need to include in my design brief?

We love to bring stories to life, so tell us as much as possible about your history, charism and vision. We will back this up with dedicated design research. If you have a planned event, construction timeline or commemorative date, be sure to let us know.

Q. How much does a mosaic cost?

We design to an allocated budget that covers all design, fabrication and installations costs. We don’t provide blind quotes however can help you establish a budget once we know what you are aiming to achieve.

Q. How long will the mosaic take to create?

Our work is handmade so we recommend starting the conversation with us earlier rather than later. Our lead time is dependent on the size and scale of the project.

Q. Do you accept commissions Australia-wide and/or internationally?

Yes, the influence of distance is no barrier. Since 1994 we have completed projects for clients in New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory and New Zealand. We are happy to receive commissions from clients outside of Australia.
